Robert Coleman
President & Founder
With nearly 20 years of experience in real estate and construction, Robert has built his career overseeing the entire property lifecycle, from acquisition and disposition to development and lifecycle management. He has a proven ability to lead highly technical teams and execute complex, high-value programs in challenging environments.
Robert established and led the North American Preconstruction team for HelloFresh/Factor, delivering highly technical automation, cold storage, commercial kitchen food production, and fulfillment projects. He built and implemented the Project Management Office (PMO) tools and processes for HelloFresh/Factor ensuring best-in-class results through feasibility, preconstruction, and construction.
Prior to HelloFresh/Factor, Robert led the design and construction of R&D labs for quantum computing and next-gen data infrastructure for Microsoft. He directed the design and construction of cutting-edge developer workspace and Tenant Improvements, Audio R&D labs, and the lead on a sound and vibration mitigation program in response to light rail encroachment.
With CBRE, Robert was responsible for capital improvements, tenant improvements, and disposition / acquisition support for major CBRE investors in East Seattle. He led the delivery of 80+ Tenant Improvement (TI) projects in the local region, overseeing a collective scope of 770,000 square feet and an aggregate value exceeding $30 million.
He led projects across Boeing's critical IT infrastructure campus in Bellevue, WA, and managed supplementary projects supporting key R&D functions, including the Radiation Effects Laboratory and 737 delivery programs. He was responsible for all construction and design projects at the Bellevue, WA Campus including Building 33-03 Data Center which housed Unix and Oracle systems critical to Boeing's IT infrastructure.
Prior to Boeing, Robert began his career delivering construction projects for Performance Contracting. There he was the lead on multiple projects throughout the Puget Sound that included hospitality, healthcare, technology, and US Corps of Engineer government projects.
Robert is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, holds a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering and an MBA, and holds a LEED AP accreditation.
